Returns & Exchanges
At Portia and Scarlett, we want you to feel confident in your purchase; however, due to the delicate nature of our evening wear, we offer returns for store credit or exchanges on eligible full-priced items within 14 days of delivery. All garments must be returned in their original condition with all security tags and packaging intact to be accepted.
Initiate Your Request
Visit our online returns portal and enter your order number and email address to select the items you wish to return or exchange.
Await Approval
Our quality control team will review your request within 48 hours to ensure the items meet our eligibility criteria before issuing a Return Authorization (RA) number.
Pack and Ship
Securely pack your garment in its original packaging with the RA number clearly marked on the outside, and ship it back to our warehouse using a trackable service.
Final Inspection & Credit
Once received, your item will undergo a final inspection for signs of wear or damage, after which your store credit or exchange will be processed within 5-7 business days.
